The Cathedral Box Office is located in the Visitors’ Centre in the Outer Close.
Bookings in person
Monday to Friday: 10.00 - 16.30
Saturday: 11.00 - 15.00 (16.30 on concert days)
Sunday: Closed

Bookings and enquiries for the events listed below may be made by phone on 01962 857275. You will be asked for your credit/debit card details. For most events there is a 75p booking fee per ticket, capped at £5 per transaction, and a 75p postage fee if it is required.

Lunches and suppers
Please advise staff in the box office if you have any special dietary requirements.
Concessions
These vary and must be requested when tickets are purchased. Only one discount applies per ticket and all offers are subject to availability.
Provisional bookings
Provisional bookings cannot be taken for concerts or events other than lunches and suppers, when payment will need to be made six weeks prior to the event.
Data protection
When processing your booking our box office staff will ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is required for administration purposes and will be used to keep you informed of forthcoming Cathedral events. We will not pass your details on to any unconnected third party. Please let us know at time of booking if you do not wish us to record your details.
Exchanges and refunds
Tickets purchased are non-refundable. We will, however, try to sell tickets that cannot be used if they are returned within 48 hours of the event, and once all other available seats for the relevant pricing band have been sold. There is a £5 charge for this service.
