Two unique locations are available for meetings and seminars, the Paul Woodhouse Suite and The Undercroft. Details relating to each are shown below:
THE PAUL WOODHOUSE SUITE,
Winchester Cathedral Visitors' Centre
• Available for private and corporate use, ie conferences/seminars and lunches/dinners• Tranquil, private location in a unique historic setting
• Easy access for disabled delegates and guests
• Seating available for 80 persons max.
• Room size 13.7m x 7.0m
• Conference package rate £18.00/£22.00 per person, minimum 20 persons, to include room hire - see attached details
• Equipment hire extra, to include flip charts, overhead projectors and "PowerPoint" presentations
• Full "black-out" facility
• Suitable for corporate entertaining and private celebratory functions. Menu selector available. Room hire from £135.00
CONFERENCE PACKAGE - PAUL WOODHOUSE SUITE
There are two price options for delegates:
PACKAGE A
• £19.00 per delegate including room hire.
• This includes three servings of coffee throughout the day, two servings of homemade biscuits and a mixed hot and cold finger buffet lunch.
PACKAGE B
• £22.00 per delegate including room hire.
• This includes three servings of coffee throughout the day, two servings of homemade biscuits and a two-course hot fork buffet.

THE UNDERCROFT, No. 10 The Close

• Unique, private location with vaulted ceiling
• Size: lower level 7.5m x 6.75m

• Private courtyard
• Suitable for 20-25 people
• Conference delegate rate available £25-£30pp (minimum 20 persons) - see attached details
