The annual Lovell Lecture, supported by both the Cathedral and the University, is an established event in the interfaith calendar.
This year we consider the popular topic of mindfulness, which has been found to alleviate stress, depression and negative thinking, as well as contributing to general well-being. Vishvapani will introduce the practice from a Buddhist perspective and Brian Draper will respond from the Christian position.
There will be a time for questions from the floor. The Stripe Theatre, King Alfred Campus, University of Winchester.
A finger food reception will take place at 6.00pm with the lecture beginning at 6.45pm.
