Refunds & Exchanges
Tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable, and exchanges and refunds are only available when we cancel a skating session for whatever reason.
Booking Online
You can book most of the tickets above online. Please telephone to get the best prices for bookings of 10 or more people. Please also note that internet prices have the booking fee automatically added.
Box Office
Tickets can be purchased on the internet by clicking on the link to the right; in person at the Cathedral Box Office located in the Visitors' Centre opposite the Cathedral Shop or, from 17 November, from the Ice Rink Box Office located opposite the Ice Rink; or by telephone. E-mail bookings will not be accepted. Ticket prices include free provision of skates and are non-refundable or exchangeable unless the management cancels the session, in which case a refund or transfer to a new date and time will be offered. Customers may use their own skates. Contact details are as follows:

The Ice Rink Box Office is open from 10.00 am-4.30 pm until 27 November, after which it will be open from 9.30 am to the start of the last session of the day. Telephone and internet bookings are subject to a booking fee of 75p per ticket. Postage, if required, is 75p per address.
Corporate Bookings

Wheelchair Users
Wheelchair users are welcome to take to the ice and join in the fun on the ice in their own wheelchairs, but please see below for details to make the most of your visit.
Special sessions for 'Mum's and Tots'
Children as young as 2 years old can now enjoy an ice 'experience'. Limited to the following sessions only.
Tuesday 2, 9 & 16 December at 10am & 11am
Thursday 27 November, 4 & 11 December at 10am & 11am
Children aged 2 & 3 Free (adults pay off peak rate)
Penguin shaped skating aids will be available to hire from Wednesday 3 December on a first-come, first-serve basis for £2 per session, subject to availability.
Footwear: under 4s may be asked to wear outdoor shoes on the ice (limited small skates available). For this reason, the Ice Rink Manager will assess conditions before the session begins. If the Ice Rink is too wet the session may be cancelled. In this event an alternative session will be offered or ticket holders will be eligible for a refund.
Access
• When booking your ticket please state you are a wheelchair user. Your session is free; only your skating companion will be charged.
• Upon arrival at the rink our staff will assist you and your companion onto the ice via ramped access.
Session Availability
For Health & Safety reasons for all concerned, only off peak sessions are available to wheelchair users (see above).
