Ice Cafe

A separate café with a wonderful view of the ice rink and the Cathedral will be open from 10.00 am each day from 27 November to 4 January

A selection of home made refreshments will be available, together with seasonal favourites including mulled wine and mince pies.

We can also offer skating and catering packages for small or large companies including exclusive use of the café or other facilities around the Inner Close. Please contact Stella Black 01962 857258 (stella.black@winchester-cathedral.org.uk) for further information.

In addition to the “Café on Ice” a number of chalets within the Christmas Market (27 November to 14 December) will be serving refreshments, speciality hot chocolate and gluhwein.

So whether you want to just watch the skaters pass by or savour hot food in the open-air around the festive Christmas Market, be sure to visit Winchester and the Café on Ice this year.

PS – A full menu will continue to be served at the Cathedral Café situated within the Visitors’ Centre just 25 metres from the Inner Close and West Front of Winchester Cathedral.
