All sales are final, goods are not sent on approval
Unapproved returns will not be accepted
We will never charge the goods to your credit / debit card until they are ready for despatch
The goods remain the property of Winchester Cathedral Enterprises Limited until they are paid for in full.

Delivery / Postage and Packing
We will aim to despatch your CDs within 3-5 working days.
Postage and packing will be charged at £1.50 per item (i.e. if 3 CDs are ordered P+P will be £4.50) - this will be shown separately on your order form.

Tax Charges / VAT
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the price shown for the CD / Cassette.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encoded and processed via Secure Server Technology.

Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly refund or exchange any defective item. Any such defective item should be returned (with the packaging supplied) within 14 days of purchase.

We will not pass on your information to any other company except for payment. We would like to keep a record of your contact details so that we can send you information on new releases or concerts that may be of interest to you.
