Discover the finest tastes of the sea with a five recipe tasting demonstration conducted by Lloyd Stoll, Chef Directory of Winchester Cathedral’s catering team, Baxter Storey.
Come along to the Paul Woodhouse Suite on Thursday 8 February from 5.00pm-7.30pm to discover the variety of flavours that come from our seas. You’ll learn professional techniques for preparing and cooking fish, such as when different types of fish are in season, and the tastiest things to pair them with.
Catering company Baxter Storey came to the Cathedral Refectory in August 2017, bringing with them a passion for creating home-cooked meals made from locally-sourced ingredients, perfect for sharing with friends and family. They plan to organise similar events in the future, so keep an eye out for more opportunities to enhance your cooking skills.
