Winchester Cathedral welcomes thousands of children and students on educational visits each year to explore themes across the curriculum. Our Director of Learning and Learning Officer, with the support of experienced volunteers, never take a one-size-fits-all approach to visits.
It is important that all visits are booked in advance even if you don’t want us to organise tours or activities. There are times when the Cathedral is closed or when access is restricted and we want your pupils or students to gain as much as possible from their visit to the Winchester Cathedral.
There is a small charge per pupil but accompanying adults are given free admission (based on the recommended number of adults to children).
To discuss and book your visit please contact please email Emma Bourner, our Director of Learning (emma.bourner@winchester-cathedral.org.uk), to discuss what you would like from your visit.
