Capture the beauty of Winchester’s stained glass windows. Stained glass roundel “Mary” is a detail copied from the Annunciation window in the Epiphany Chapel.
The window was designed by pre-Raphaelite artist Edward Burne-Jones, and created in the famous William Morris workshops. Mary is shown in vivid colours and in a typical elegant pre-Raphaelite attitude.
The roundel was hand-made by Winged Heart in their small studio in Cumbria, using methods Morris himself would recognise. The glass is framed in traditional lead and hung with a trace chain, and comes presented in a gift box.
Designed and made in the UK.
