Echo was composed by Richard Blackford in memoriam for Sandrey Date a much-missed member and Trustee of the BSC. It is performed at Winchester to recognise Sandrey’s connection to Winchester College where he was a student having achieved the College’s first Music Exhibition award aged 12.
