The Gospel Experience is an evening where an entire audience learns a song together in three-part harmony, rehearses it, and performs it live.
Along the way, Tim shares the history behind Gospel music: where it came from, what it carries, and why it matters. The teaching is warm, clear, and genuinely fun. You don’t have to read music and nobody is left behind.
This is a great night out if you want to have a proper sing with your friends. You don’t have to be a confident singer, and everyone is welcome. It works equally well for choirs looking for something a bit different, or for churchgoers who want to experience Winchester Cathedral in a fresh way.
There is a 30-minute interval built in, which is the perfect opportunity to get a drink, get to know the people around you, and enjoy being somewhere beautiful.
