Dinner in the Nave
Winchester Cathedral’s Nave gives the opportunity of a private dining setting in one of the most historic buildings in Hampshire.
This space can welcome 350 guests seated for an experience for everyone to remember!
We are also delighted to offer this space to a standing reception of up to 600 guests for Canape or Bowl Food Reception
A hidden gem in the grounds at the iconic Winchester Cathedral, the Wessex Centre opened in 2016 offers a fresh, modern event space available for corporate meetings, dinners and drinks receptions. Complete with its own private garden offering views of the cathedral, this venue is perfect for barbecues.
The stunning, contemporary designs of ‘The Refectory’ boasts a pretty walled garden and unrivalled views of the cathedral. It is sheltered behind the ancient flint wall opposite the cathedral, meaning you get a real sense of privacy when hosting your event here.
The marquee on the lawn is a beautiful, temporary event space nestled in the gardens of the Refectory, with transparent walls which be removed to open out onto the grounds. Use the Marquee in conjunction with the neighbouring Refectory.
The Paul Woodhouse Suite
The Paul Woodhouse Suite is located next door to the Refectory and has it’s own private terrace which looks out over the cathedral. Its glass walls and high ceilings make this space bright and airy.
