Christmas Market early closure - Adverse weather conditions

Closure from 2.00pm, Thursday 18th December 2025

Due to heavy rainfall, Winchester Cathedral’s Christmas Market will close early today (Thursday 18th December 2025) from 2.00pm.

The safety of our visitors, staff, and stallholders is our top priority.

We plan to reopen as normal tomorrow (Friday 19th December 2025) from 10.00am.
