Àṣà Mi Supper Club, a celebration of West African Culture at Winchester Cathedral Café
Experience an evening that celebrates the vibrancy of West Africa through food and flavour.

Àṣà Mi (My Culture) is a special three-course dinner created and prepared by Nigerian-British chef Opeoluwa Odutayo, known as Chef Opy. Redefining African cuisine through a sustainability-led lens, Chef Opy’s cooking transforms humble ingredients into bold dishes rooted in her Nigerian heritage.

Chef Opy draws on the inherent resourcefulness of African food cultures, where a nose-to-tail and waste-nothing philosophy has long been the norm. Her menu celebrates humble staples, with a deliberate focus on using every part of the ingredient, proving that sustainable cooking can be both creative and delicious.

Tickets are £75 per person, including a three-course dinner, an arrival drink, and a glass of wine. Full menu details to follow.
