Keynote Talk by The Rt. Hon. Sir Robert Buckland KBE KC.
Sir Robert Buckland served as Secretary of State for Wales. He was previously Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice from 2019 to 2021, Minister of State at the Ministry of Justice and Solicitor General. He was elected the Conservative MP for South Swindon in 2010. On 25 February 2025 he became the Third Church Estates Commissioner, one of the senior lay people in the Church of England who has an automatic seat on the General Synod.
