Winchester Cathedral Christmas Market is recognised as one of the best in Europe. Taking place from 18th November – 22nd December, Winchester Cathedral’s Christmas Market is renowned for its bustling atmosphere, stunning location and handpicked high quality exhibitors, which attracts visitors from across the UK each year who come to shop at the pretty wooden chalets, situated within the historic grounds.
The wooden chalets are inspired by traditional German Christmas Markets, and combined with the festive lighting, the sound of Christmas carols and the aroma of mulled wine and cinnamon drifting in the air, visitors and traders alike will be transported into a magical setting to purchase and sell Christmas gifts.
For those in search of an authentic Christmas experience, the Cathedral is at the heart of the City’s celebration, with its many Christmas services, carol concerts, events. Christmas in Winchester offers a unique and magical experience throughout the festive period.
We are looking for exhibitors who will be selling high quality and unique products much of which cannot readily be bought on the high street. Areas that we are looking to develop include locally produced and sustainable gifts, homewares and giftable foods.
If you are interested in exhibiting at the 2022 Christmas Market, applications will be open on 7th March and close on 10th April (you will hear back from us by 15th April).
