Thank you to Matt Richbell and his team for their continued support, sharing news of whats happening here at the cathedral with their guests and encouraging them to visit us. Winchester Hotel is on Worthy Lane, just a short stroll from the train station and with its own car park as well as adjoining public car and coach parking.
You may spot the team in training. This year they set up the Winchester Hotel running club, anyone is welcome to join them. Together with their parent company Axiom they are participating in 50K for 50K on behalf of ‘It’s Never You’, a charity founded to support parents of seriously ill children in memory of Hugh Menai-Davis. Other partnerships in the last year include local businesses Bespoke Biking and The Cycle Company, and Charlotte Tilbury and Her Hampshire to host pop up events at the hotel.
If you live locally the team warmly welcome you to Alfred’s Bar and Restaurant for a delicious lunch, dinner or a drink on their terrace (following a refurbishment in January) or to make use of the spa facilities.
