The Cathedrals Cycle Route (CCR) welcomes everyone! Born out of the challenges of COVID, the CCR was created to foster connection and promote a sense of togetherness, embracing all backgrounds and beliefs. As CCR approaches five years since the outbreak and embrace a changing world, the importance of unity is stronger than ever. Celebrating the beauty of England’s 42 cathedrals and the vibrant communities that surround them. Join in this inspiring journey!
What is the CCR Relay?
England’s cathedrals are on a mission once again to cycle cathedral to cathedral, pedalling with purpose and supporting each other in raising funds for a wide range of good causes. The bronze baton will set off from Bradford the UK City of Culture 2025 on Saturday 24th May and after 2000 miles and 42 cathedrals it will return, having raised money for a range charities and raised awareness of the wonderful Cathedrals Cycle Route.
The Winchester to Salisbury leg will take place on Thursday 12th June.
Cyclists will be able to join for as little or as long as they like. All abilities welcome.
